Stu is an established HR consultant currently operating from the Gisborne region, directing a thriving word of mouth based consultancy.  He is degree qualified holding a bachelor of business with continued studies in Master of Business with an HR major. 

Stu has travelled extensively and has global work experience across many industries including research science and technology, finance, education, primary industries, health and fitness and the Government sector.  More recently a significant focus has been on working with the health sector and supporting not-for-profit and iwi based enterprises. 

Some of his major career highlights would include heading up major change management programmes across Europe for Barclays Bank in London, operating as Group Manager Human Resources to a research and development organisation with over 300 staff, establishing a greenfields HR function within a fast growing business and more recently establishing an HR consultancy based business supporting SME’s.  Stu’s core competence areas include change management, health and safety, training and development and employment relations.
