While there are some foundational leadership skills that can be taught, the type of authentic and high-impact leadership we help to foster also involves mastery of a set of robust leadership competencies that are best nurtured through hands-on learning and group experiences. BDO’s Leadership and Management Development Pathway has been created to tackle critical elements of leadership development and enable an understanding of the progression from supervisor to mid-level management, which is reflected in the sequence of skill building along a typical career path.

We offer public workshops or customised programs for in-house groups.
Our public workshops are byte-sized (90 - 120 minutes) or full-day workshops and provide participants with a broad range of skills which include a range of modules from all four living competencies.

Managers Effective Leadership
Customised workshops can be tailored to the needs of the organisation and can include a range of byte-sized modules from the Leadership Development Pathway to suit the needs of the participants. We will work in a consultative fashion with Senior Managers and HR Management to fully integrate your culture and performance management metrics into a customised program to meet your development needs.
