Carol has worked at senior management levels in New Zealand business for over 20 years. Her experience includes distribution, production, operations and sales and marketing management.

In addition, Carol has extensive human resource management experience across the full HR spectrum, including delivering training and facilitation.

Carol has always been focused on creating winning teams, winning products and exceeding customer expectations.

Carol's background includes experience working with and in manufacturing; printing & publishing, health & fitness; hospitality and accountancy environments from large corporates to SME's.

Her personal philosophy is "creating the environment where people can be successful" and developing their interpersonal skills to enable them to accomplish their goals and achieve organisational excellence!
