“Head down, work hard and keep your mouth shut”

This is how many of us used to be managed, but today’s business world demands a whole different approach…. An awareness of the different generations, what motivates them and how to make them work well together are keys to business success.

Steven Nayda, is a keynote speaker on generational differences.
“These young workers (who are aged 28 and younger), are quite different to manage than previous generations. A different approach is therefore needed to be successful in attracting and retaining these younger staff. As an employer:

  • you need to be aware of how this diversity can lead to friction or conflict in the workplace.
  • you need to be deliberate and structured in your approach to ensure that each team member understands the differences of other team members skills, background and experience.
  • you should invest in a great working environment and ensure you plan the time to makes these things happen”.

Let us know if you would like to book Steven to present this topic at your next conference.
