		<description>So many relationships are damaged  by speaking when angry because while an apology may be forthcoming, the words remain. Managers who are unaware of how this behavaviour affects their staff need to do a &quot; self check&quot;. Their credibility,integrity and level of trust takes a nose dive.  I have heard Steven talk about his 2 to 24 hour rule and have many experiences where this works well. Take 2 hours to calm down and let the emotion simmer and the logic surface but respond within 24 hours.!</description>
